My extensive experience in the corporate world in various industries taught me two crucial lessons: (1) people want to grow and (2) your company's growth depends on their growth.

As a former Chief People Officer and years of executive-level experience in Organizational Development, Training and Development, and Human Resources, I had the privilege of witnessing first-hand the development of exceptional leaders and teams. Whether in start-ups, ramp-ups, or even turnarounds, I discovered that employees thrive in environments where they feel valued and have opportunities for growth, and these two important things go hand in hand.  When both happen, the companies grow as well, but it almost always starts with the people.

I now combine my expertise in building and developing outstanding teams, my business acumen, with my love for helping  to create leaders and businesses that flourish to help other professionals and businesses grow.  I learned a lot about people and what they want and need to grow which in turns supports the company they are part of.  I really enjoy bringing that knowledge and real world experience to others.
