I’m all about growth—people, teams, and businesses. Helping others thrive is what I love to do, and I was lucky enough to do just that throughout my corporate career. Along the way, I learned two big truths:

(2) Your company’s growth depends on their growth.

As a former Chief People Officer with deep experience in Organizational and Team Development, Training & Development, and HR, I had a front-row seat to the transformation of amazing leaders and teams. Whether it was launching start-ups, ramping up fast growth, or turning things around—one thing was always true: people shine when they feel valued and have room to grow. And when that happens, the business takes off, too.

Now, I get to blend all of that know-how—team building, business smarts, and a whole lotta passion for people—to help others build workplaces that actually work.
